Glassier made his ACW debut in 1998 along side his friends Mr. Freeze(the leader), Iceberg, and Ice Cube. They called themselves the Frozen Four. They made a decent debut by gaining a lot of victories mainly because of the strength in numbers factor.
Then very quickly the rest of the ACW roster got wise to the Frozen Four. They could tell that the four men were very charismatic and entertaining but lacked a little bit in the wrestling skills department. So the other wrestlers would go after them and exploit there lack of wrestling skills and the Frozen Four fell on some hard times.
With the weaknesses of the Frozen Four common knowledge to the whole roster the losses piled up quick. Then the ACW management came to them and said that they could either give there notices or they could accept a development deal to the new ACW Europe training facility. Now with the choice of loosing there jobs or going to ACWE the Frozen Four made the no brainer decision to go to ACWE.
After spending close to a year in the ACWE training facility Shockra made the decision that the Frozen Four were ready to re-enter the ACW main roster. Apon arriving back to the main roster the Frozen Four knew they needed to make an impact and an impact they made when Glassier won his first title by winning the TV title. The Frozen Four put the ACW on notice that they were back and better than ever. During this time Glassier won 3 more TV titles and a Cruiserweight Championship.
Once Glassier lost the TV title the Frozen Four thought it was time to go after the ACW Tag Team titles, so they spit into two teams with Glassier and Ice Cube forming Celsius and Mr. Freeze and Iceberg forming Below Zero. This experiment didn’t go very well at all. They would get so very close and fall just short. Many say that this was the downfall of the Frozen Four.
Around 2000 and 2001 the ACW started to trim down the roster and weed out some of the weaker performers, and once again the ACW management told the Frozen Four that they were possibly on the chopping block. With this announcement the Frozen Four split up in hope’s of making an impact on there own trying to save there jobs.
Now on his own Glassier kind of wandered around aimlessly for a while. He was quiet and did a lot of generic things trying to win over the fans, but nothing was working. Then in a match with Kurt Angle Glassier did the thing he is now known for doing. He was beating Angle then he looked to the crowd who wasn’t making any reaction for him and said “Good for you” and gave two thumbs up and did a goofy smile. Although he didn’t win the match he was finally getting the support of the crowd with his good for you catch phrase.
At the 2001 Wrestlor Awards Glassier won the Best Catch Phrase award for “Good for you!”. Then Glassier did something that shocked everyone he said in his acceptance speech that it was “good for him but not so good for the idiots in the crowd”. Turning his back on the crowd that saved his job. Glassier would say that it was too bad that the crowd needed for him to have to come up with a catchy phrase just for people to like him instead of liking his in ring ability.
Now that Glassier avoided the roster cuts he new he needed to make more impact and he did by winning the now debunked Intercellular title. Glassier was champion for many months and was still champion when the biggest show of the year Collision Course rolled around. Glassier wanted to keep his roll going and wanted to start a legacy for himself.
Then he remembered that at the Wrestlor Awards 2001 the Undertaker had won match of the year for a match against Gangrel, and during his acceptance speech Tom O’Hawk made a comment and the Undertaker said “Good For You!”. Tom O’Hawk said he was going to tell Glassier about it and the Undertaker said “Hahahaha Glassier, Hahahaha), and walked away.
This angered Glassier and Glassier thought that he could make no bigger impact then by beating the Undertaker at the biggest show of the year. Glassier then issued a challenge and the Undertaker didn’t take very long to accept the challenge, so the match was on.
At Collision Course 4 the Undertaker and Glassier took eachother to places both men have never been before. Glassier finally was able to gain the victory over the Undertaker to the shock of the wrestling world. The match was one of the greatest in Collision Course history and in fact the match won match of the year for 2002.
Glassier was finally defeated for the Intercellular title by Dayton Lennox at Malice 2002. Now Glassier decided to make an impact again by finding himself a new partner, and that partner was Joxer formally of the Bounty Hunters. The duo called themselves Eminence because of how regal and nobel they acted compared to the rest of the roster.
Eminence quickly became one of the best teams in the ACW. In the roster split Eminence were both drafted to the Mayham show by Jumping Jack Johnson, and in no time Eminence won the Mayham Tag titles from Fred Hilton and Dinkle McAcker at Blood Red 2003.
Then when the rosters came back together in May 2003 it was decided that the Mayham Tag titles and the Chaos Tag titles will be unified at Collision Course 5. Eminece was still the Mayham champions and Chic was the Chaos Champions. In one of the greatest tag team matches of all time Chic came out on top over Eminence. This was the biggest loss in Glassier’s career.
Eminence recaptured the Tag Team titles at AfterShock 2003 defeating the champions Chic. This would begin the legendary feud between the two teams. Eminence would lose the titles to Alexander Morton and David Graves at Rampage 2003. Eminence is still one of the top teams in the ACW, but Joxer and Glassier wanted to go after singles gold while still being a team.
This dream came true when Glassier won the North American title from Raptoid at Blood Red 2004. Glassier had a nice run as North American champion before he was beaten by Mike Sinclair the winner of the Assailant Series tournament for 2004 at Owen Hart Memorial PPV 2004.
Glassier and Joxer continue to team up and go for single gold and are a threat to do so at any time. Looking at Glassier’s career in the ACW I would say that nothing is impossible for this ACW superstar. So look for the master of “good for you” to continue to be one of the top wrestlers in the ACW, and the world.
