Donnie Criss debuted in the NWF in 2001 as Corky Dixon. The graduate of the NWF European training camp had problems making an impact and seemed to not be adjusting well to the full time NWF roster.
Then he became friends with Cory Bliss (then known as Carazma) and decided to team up with him. The team made a quick and sudden impression on the NWF Tag Team division by winning the titles. During this title reign they made the decision to from a stable with another one of there friends Hoochie (one of the greatest Cruiserweights in the NWF). They wanted to be called Chic because they were all self proclaimed metrosexuals, and they absolutely hated the way that the rest of the NWF roster dressed.
During this reign as Tag Team champions they started a feud with two men that would become there greatest rivals Eminence (Joxer & Glassier). The two teams would trade big victory’s but Chic gained the biggest when they won the Tag Titles from Eminence at the biggest show of the year Collision Course 5.
Donnie Criss has gone on to win 3 Tag Titles, 1 Cruiserweight Title, and got the awards for best tag team 2002 and 2003 at the wrestlor awards. But then Chic broke up and Donnie Criss and Cory Bliss droped their former names (Corky Dixon and Carazma) and formed the team Shine. As a part of Shine their is no doubt that Donie Criss will continue to have success in the NWF.
